The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on April 18, 2012, on a proposed Agreed Board Order with Louisville Gas and Electric Company. LG&E is alleged to have violated District Regulations 1.07 (Excess Emissions During Startups, Shutdowns, and Upset Conditions) 1.09 (Prohibition of Air Pollution) and 1.14 (Control of Fugitive Particulate Emissions) at its facility located at 5252 Cane Run Road in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
